After 26 years of service in the U.S. Army, I founded Suncoast Home Inspections with one goal in mind:
to give homeowners clear, honest answers — without pressure, shortcuts, or sugarcoating.
Buying or owning a home comes with enough uncertainty. My job is to remove as much of that as possible. I take the time to inspect thoroughly, explain the findings in plain language, and ensure you understand what truly matters — so you can move forward with confidence.
